One thread, once a week, where nobody has to start a new post to be heard.
Every Thursday there is a single thread for whatever is on your bench: a half-formed question, a book you are stuck on, a forecast you have not written down yet, something you changed your mind about this week.
Reply in the thread rather than starting a new post, so the feed stays readable and the conversation stays in one place. One thing per reply is plenty, and short is welcome here. If a reply turns into something you want to keep, move it to the journal: threads are for thinking out loud, the journal is for what you want to find in six months.
Two prompts this week, if you want one. What is a belief you held a year ago that you can no longer defend, and what would it take to change your mind about it this week? And separately: what is the smallest thing you learned recently that actually changed how you work?
Everything else is fair game. The thread stays open until next Thursday, then a new one goes up. Nothing is archived and nothing disappears.
